By accessing or using Toma'tto ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Toma'tto. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post on Toma'tto. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.
You agree not to post content that:
- Violates any law or regulation
- Infringes on others' intellectual property rights
- Is harmful, abusive, or harassing
- Contains malware or harmful code
- Is spam or misleading
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for illegal purposes
- Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
- Create fake or misleading accounts
- Attempt to access others' accounts
- Reverse engineer or modify the App
- Use automated tools to scrape or access the platform
- Circumvent any security or access controls
6. Challenges & Safety
Toma'tto features user-created challenges. You participate in challenges at your own risk. Do not attempt dangerous or illegal challenges. We reserve the right to remove any challenge that poses safety risks.
7. Moderation & Enforcement
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Community Guidelines, at our sole discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
The Toma'tto name, logo, and app design are our intellectual property. You may not use our branding without written permission.
9. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOMA'TTO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
